Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at spicesupport@parlourofspice.com. We will work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement or a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if you encounter a delivery issue, please reach out, and we will do our best to assist you.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order is processed and cannot be changed.
